Tone /Sound
These early pre production /prototype 45's have a very unique tone , somewhat similar to the early fender (tweed) bassman although with somewhat more gain /drive (very smooth driven tone) , once heard never forgotten
 
Rarity
The above is one of the first "Pre production" prototype Marshall amplifiers produced (1962)  , only around 6-8 original "Offset" 45's are in existence one of which is on display in the Marshall Museum (They have the first prototype)
