This auction is for a Boss, GL-100 guitar preamp. It has two channels (switchable via foot pedal) with 4 modes / or 5 mode types on the 2 channels. 2 input jacks, 1/4 inch, one front and one on the back.1/4 inch buffered line out. -20 dbm FX loop, 1/4 inch, 1 send and stereo returns. The selectable speaker simulator, with an on / off switch - emulates a 2x10" studio amp and cabinet - completely analog circuit. Outputs include a stereo 1/4 inch monitor outputs, Left mono , + 4 dbm. Main stereo outputs TS unbalanced 1/4 inch, - 10 dbm, left mono., and balanced XLR stereo outputs, + 4 dbm. A footswitch can be connected via 1/4 inch, jack.
There are balanced and unbalanced (1/4 inch jacks), stereo and mono outputs. There's a separate switch on the back panel to turn off the speaker simulation , if the unit is connected to a power amplifier with speakers. The GL-100 is a 1U rack sized preamplifier. The GL-100 didn't use any COSM modelling. Instead it had two separate channels. The first channel has 5 different overdrive/distortion modes and a 4 band equalizer. The second channel has 4 settings, where two are distorted modes and a 3 band equalizer. Using a latched foot swicth like the FS-5L, it is possible to switch between the two channels.
