My guess is that it’s a MIJ Yngwie that was partially brought up to “U.S. spec” by a previous owner adding 2 of the DiMarzio YJM-series pickups at some point. (You can only get those little clear DiMarzio stickers when you buy the after-market pickups.) The neck scalloping and brass nut look to be original, along with the Gotoh tuners and 70’s-style bridge.
The reason why the hum disappears in positions 1 & 5 is that the DiMarzios are a stacked humbucking design, and those positions are the only ones that don’t have a single-coil somewhere in the circuit. The 5-way was added later, and is wired in the usual manner, like an American Standard. The current Yngwies still come from the factory with a 3-way switch.

Кратко переведу: Были заменяны только звукосниматели на димарзио, потому что подобный стикер на голову грифа лепят когда покупают звукосниматели отдельно. Так же трёхпозиционник был заменён на 5-и для более широкого выбора режимов работы.
