and just to be clear, the "016730" number is on almost all Fender plastic-bobbin pickups, MIA or MIM: Am Standard, Classic Series, Tex-Mex, etc. going way back to 80s.

Its not a Fender part number for anything. It's rather the code for Fender by whoever subcontracts the mfg. of the plastic bobbins.

They definitely are Fender AlNiCo pickups (due to the 016730 stamp). They are probably the no-name "classic single-coil" that Fender uses in a number of guitars, including American Standards up through 2011.
