Почитал еще тот сайт, там по видимому, еще идет речь о том случае, если ты пришел в "чужое" место, а там преамп и амп воткнули на разные фазы
. И типа этот кондер ограничит в этом случае ток до безопасных 30ма. Сам я, честно, не понимаю эту ситуацию.

А... кажется понял - чтобы получить этот шок, надо держаться за струны, и видимо схватить за корпус усил, подключенный к другой фазе: if you gig a lot and don't have control over the wiring – play it safe by either deleting the string (bridge) ground connection entirely or by using the tiny capacitor and parallel resistor method to isolate the strings.
