A: Yes.To double the available current (mA), you need to combine two outputs in parallel. For this, you can use a standard daisy chain - two plugs to the power supply, and the third to the pedal. Make sure both outputs are set to the same voltage, and I'd prefer them to have the same current output as well (i.e. two 100mA or two 200mA outputs). Combining one 100mA and one 200mA output might also work, but I haven't tried that.
