CUBASE 13.0.10 ИМЕЕТ НОВЫЙ ГРАФИЧЕСКИЙ ДВИЖОК, БОЛЕЕ АЛЯПОВАТЫЙ И ВРЕМЕНАМИ ЗАВИСАЮЩИЙ C ЗАСТЫВШИМИ КВАДРАТАМИ В ЛЕВОЙ ЧАСТИ ЭКРАНА. А В ВЕРХНTЙ ЧАСТИ ЭКРАНА НЕИЗМЕНЯЕМАЯ СТРОКА МЕНЮ БЕЛОГО ЦВЕТА С МЕЛКИМ ШРИФТОМ.
В CUBASE 13 КОЛЁСИКОМ МЫШИ НЕЛЬЗЯ РЕГУЛИРОВАТЬ КОЛИЧЕСТВО ПОСЫЛА СЕНДОВ и ИНСЁРТОВ, ИНСЁРТЫ СВЁРНУТЫ ПО УМОЛЧАНИЮ, НУЖНО КАЖДЫЙ РАЗ ИХ РАЗВОРАЧИВАТЬ ВРУЧНУЮ, ОТТЯГИВАЯ ВНИЗ, ЧТОБЫ УВИДЕТЬ ВСЕ ДОСТУПНЫЕ ЯЧЕЙКИ. ДРУГИМИ СЛОВАМИ, ПРИ НАВЕДЕНИИ КУРСОРОМ НА ПОЛОСУ СЕНДА, ВРАЩЕНИЕМ КОЛЕСА МЫШИ В 12 ВЕРСИИ МОЖНО ИЗМЕНЯТЬ ЭТОТ ПАРАМЕТР, А В 13 - НЕЛЬЗЯ.
ПУНКТ МЕНЮ "RETURN TO START POSITION ON STOP" ТЕПЕРЬ ПЕРЕЕХАЛ В ЗАКЛАДКУ МЕНЮ TRANSPORT.
ПРИ БОЛЬШОЙ НАГРУЗКЕ ПРОЦЕССОРА CUBASE 13 ПРОСТО ГЛОХНЕТ. А ЧТОБЫ ОН СНОВА ЗАРАБОТАЛ, НУЖНО ПЕРЕКЛЮЧАТЬСЯ НА ДРУГОЙ ДРАЙВЕР, А ЗАТЕМ ОБРАТНО НА ПРЕЖНИЙ.
про колесо мыши пишут на оффсайте но никто это чинить не собирается - ни 13, ни в 14 версии:

I am on C13 and it is not working there i.e. if the option is enabled then scrolling with the cursor located within the fader section of the mixer still moves the fader. It works if the cursor is located in a send section of the mixer for example but this is NOT THE MAIN PROBLEM. The problem is inadvertently destroying your mix by scrolling and moving the faders by mistake and then not realising the faders have been moved.
I have seen the other threads but when Cubase came up with the Scrolling: Disable Mouse Wheel for Parameter Change preference recently everyone thought that Steinberg had finally listened to the userbase and solved the problem. Unfortunately our hopes were dashed when we realised it had been implemented in the most torturous and perverse way. You would have to think they’re either taking the piss or sadistic.
