We have just released a new minor firmware update for the GE200. This update will NOT erase previously saved settings and presets!
We have also released an update to the Studio For GE200 software for your MAC or WINDOWS PC. Please update the Studio For GE2000 software before proceeding with the firmware update.
GE200 (V1.2.2) firmware update:
1. Updated Tuner algorithm to improve detection sensitivity and accuracy.
2. Reduced audio gap when switching between presets and Ctrl on/off.
3. Reduced latency of the CAB module.
4. Fixed drum machine volume issue.
5. The drum machine parameters are automatically saved after powering down.
Please download Studio For GE200 V1.2.2 for your computer
Connect the GE200 to your computer using a USB cable
Press and hold the PRESET DOWN footswitch (far left) whilst powering on the GE200
Open the Studio For GE200 software, it will automatically detect your GE200 and present the update screen
Click start to begin the firmware update. This may take several minutes
The software will say “UPDATE SUCCESSFUL” when the update is complete. Click DONE to close the software
