I'm very interested in your Sono! Very very interesting device! Nice idea to let every possible signal source through the valve without additional equipment. How much only stand-alone mode is worth! Couple questions.
In all demos device is shown more as clean-crunch preamp type pedal platform with torpedo‘s speak.sim and possibility to „drive“ it on PC than a sound interface. How does it work as an interface? All your id‘s seems to be very common stuff. Internal DSP is just for „torpy“ part, or it takes a job of PC processor on its shoulders as well, and I‘d be able to play through amplitube, guitar rig or smth (almost) without the latensy? In a case of amplitube, guitar rig - first guitar signal goes through 12ax7 and then to the soft, or it will „valvulate“ already full modeled sound? There‘s one demo on youtube (author max solo music), where sono is maried with android as a class compliant device. Will it work with any of thouse? Aspecialy interested in succesfull job with LG G7 ThinQ

Hello there Albertas,

Thank you for your message. Only the Two Notes Torpedo Processing can be run on Sono's DSP. You wouldn't be able to run Amplitube or other third-party VST's on Sono and therefore wouldn't get the same low latency as you would using Sono's Built-in processing.

The Guitar will first pass through the Valve stage as it is simply a 12AX7 pre-amp that you may find in a real guitar amplifier. The Power Amp and Cabinet is then modelled by the Two Notes processing.

We do not guarantee that Sono will work in Android. The Sono is class-compliant but not all Android devices will easily support this. I couldn't say for certain if Sono will work with your LG because we haven't tested it.
