Кстати, парень у которого я купил J.Everamn Fuzz Drive сравнил его с Keeley Fuzz Head. Не хотел переводить, так что, кому интересно- читайте.
Fuzz Drive has 6 switches inside that shape the gain and bias structures. Easier to adjust then you would think, I've got it set right now to a "normal" setting, but you can get up to wall of sound Smashing Pumpkins type fuzz or down to Screaming Tubescreamer type overdrive. This is a pedal, like the Keeley Fuzz Head I have for sale that is more versatile and usable than the stock fuzz design, because it does not totally turn to mush when you are playing at real volumes. Something like the Keeley Fuzz Head had a little more old-school bite to it, and the Everman is much smoother. Yeah, the Fuzz Drive is going to be great for that alternative sound. I'm more of a blues and classic player, and it always sounded more "modern" than those styles. I let a friend play it at a live show of his, which was kind of alternative rock, and it was cool because you couldn't really tell when he switched effects, all of a sudden his tone would get very "liquidy". He was using a heritage les paul, and they both really went together well. I used it mostly with an les paul. I'm imaging that the fender type guitars will add a bit of "bite" to
the overall sound.
