Hey Victor,
Ok well Ibanez guitars have a massive range, so it's hard to pinpoint exactly what guitars have 'soul'. In my opinion, Ibanez guitars are focused around a specific style of player, the contemporary guitar player. Flat wide necks with jumbo frets, flashy body designs and high output pickups with a floyd rose tremolo system. My own personal tastes are a little different to this and so i would never play ibanez guitars. But on the 'soul' matter, any guitar can have soul, it's about what you put into the guitar to get the most 'soul' out of it. BB King could pick up a stagg guitar and make it sound amazing!!!
The hollow bodied guitars and the more Jazz orientated guitars that Ibanez do are closer to what i would consider a 'soul' guitar with players like george benson and carl orr playing ibanez Jazz series.... But still, it's about the player.

Also wanted to say my opinion if you are interested.
Shortly: It doesn't have a soul.
Mainly I can say that ibanez guitars (except jam and satriani sign.) are made in the same way as mostly everything Japanese. It is very flat (as on EQ). Same with speakers, amps and even cars. It's just a machine. Its doing its work very well. And mostly all ibanzes are made for higain metal stuff and jent. Guitars are just reflection of the music.
I don't really like this talk about B.B.King taking a piece of shit, consuming it and producing rainbow. It is true, that you have to put soul into every your note, but guitar has to be yours because of matching souls. Your soul has to be friend to guitars one
But you easily can recognize wrong soul for you. In ibanez everything is silent, clean sound is flat and poor, crunch is real shit, but high gain is good. Very readable. But to my mind needs a bit of fatness, as it is in jam series or in satriani sign.
About the lesson

When can you do it? And I prefer 2 or 3 hours to start with some talks, a bit of jam and to be more relaxed.

you made some good points in your post. If you want to have a lesson, then we could have one around 2PM as i have work at 6PM so if you want between two and three hours, it would be best to start at 2PM.
