Здравствуйте, неделю назад получил посылку с thomann.de, покупал гитарный проц, поиграл 2 дня, после начались проблемы технической части с ним, щас вообще светится и все, а сама дисплей-панель не работает. Ну вообщем.написал им на возврат, получил письмо с реквизитами и указанием дальнейших действий

Please use a standard or economy shipping method, insured to the full amount of the product value. Express or special deliveries (UPS, TNT DHL, EURO 48 or Parcel Force…) will not be refunded fully. Should the return costs exceed the amount of 80,- EUR we ask you to not send the item back yet, but to contact us first. We will in this case check for other return options.
Please send us a copy of the shipping receipt by email to: sc.cc@thomann.de or by fax to: 0049 9546 9223 8399.
Please send the items back in the original packing and without signs of use. Thomann GmbH will not be liable for damages caused by insufficient or inappropriate packing. We have attached a guideline with pictures about packing for your reference.
Please consider the country-specific regulations of the customs authorities when returning goods for a warranty case.
For this purpose, you need to declare the item at your local customs office its identity needs to be ascertained (through its exact name and serial number, etc.). For that, please print out the attached documents, present them to the customs authority and also attach them in an envelope to the parcel.
Further information in this respect can be obtained from the customs authority.
Once the products have reached us you will be informed by email.
Any monetary refund will normally be paid back to the original form of payment. If payment was made by bank transfer or with cash on delivery, please supply us with your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code from your bank.
Refunds and transfers are being processed under reservation. Should we detect blemishes and/or defects that have been caused by wrong handling or maintenance when checking the items, we reserve the right to charge the occurring damage.

Вроде понятно, а вроде и нет.
1)имеется ввиду сумма товара если привышает, то нужно связаться с ними или если стоимость отправки более 80 евро?
2)ссылаются,как я понял что почту дешёвую выбрать, для возмещения затрат, если я отправлю через почту России, заберёт ли её там другая доставка? (таже DHL)
Люди те, которые делали возврат у них, расскажите как вы делали?
