Knopfler, мой был из дерева, я его не раз разбирал, а не из фанеры, хз.

"As for Korean Plywood's, started in 1988 and ended in 1985. Any Korean Fender "Squier Series" or Squier with a BLACK logo IS PLYWOOD. Any Korean with a SILVER logo IS PLYWOOD. MOST of the Squire II's are PLYWOOD. Period. This is all well documented by the Korean builders - Cort, Young Chang, Saehan and Samick, as well as Fender in the many Fender history books and sites.
That is almost correct...
The MIK CN/VN Fender Squier Series strats(With Silver Fender headstock logo) are definatly plywood... Havent been able to check out the Telecasters yet but im guessing they are plywood as well...
The normal CN/VN guitars(non Fender Squier Series...) came in two versions... 1 with a black headstock logo from 1992 to 1995. And then 1 with a gold logo from 1995-1997... All the black logo versions will be plywood... All the gold logo versions will be wood... In 1995 they put out both the last of the black logo guitars and the 1st of the gold logo version... So for example you can find both plywood and wood body versions of the VN5... Or CN5... The "changes" in 1995 went beyond just the body tho... The newer gold logo CN/VN guitars also changed over to a 9.5 radius neck with a more narrow nut width... And had different pickups as well...
Where you were off tho is the "Any Korean with a SILVER logo IS PLYWOOD." part... I just bought an MIK E10 Telecaster recently and it has a silver headstock logo and it is most definatly a wood body... There is also an MIK E10 strat for sale here on the local Clist. Silver headstock logo... And wood body... Not plywood...
There are silver logo MIK Squiers with plywood bodies tho... Some of the E10 strats were made of plywood instead of wood... And then you have have S Series guitars. Not the Squier II types tho... The normal S Series guitars you find for sale in Europe quite often... The S9 and S10... Silver logo... And pretty much always plywood body from what ive seen. If they are the strats that is... There was recently a blonde S9 Telecaster for sale on UK Ebay and it was showing a lot of wood grain... It didnt seem to be plywood from what I saw... And the wood grain looked a lot like what I see on my E10 Tele... Which definatly isnt plywood...
So the moral of the story? Not all Squiers with a silver logo on the headstock are made of plywood... The MIK E7 and E10 guitars seem to be wood way more often then they seem to be plywood... At least from what ive seen... And they have silver logos..."
