Fading Waves is a one-man post-metal band from Rostov-on-Don, Russia.



Band was formed at 2008 by Lex Maximuk. 2009 - first demo "No Way Home" was recorded, began recording of EP includes 7 tracks. 25th of May 2010 EP "Please Wait" was released on split CD with Ukrainian band Starchitect by first Russian post-rock/metal label Slow Burn Records.

Music of Fading Waves unite power of Isis, Cult Of Luna's atmosphere and infinite flight of emotions of any post metal band. This sounds paint inner waves of modern man, tell about its sickness of being in megapolis crush.
