I mean seriously English is no.1 spoken language in the world, and it is pretty lame not being able to speak it.

I've always wanted to learn Japanese, but I never had chance to start. Though I know some spoken language and probably can even say something (like my name and where am I from). But written? No, thank you. It's just that I don't have enough motivation to start learning those hieroglyphs.

Я учил английский в школе со 2-го класса, плюс почти довольно долго ходил к репетитору. Так и выучил.
Сейчас просто стараюсь читать\смотреть всё на английском, ну и при возможности общаться на англе. Такие дела.

The same here since my brains were infected by anime
I even learned hiragana and katakana - two japanese alphabets that are being used along with chinese hieroglyphs (kanji). Together they have less then 100 characters and those who know them can write in Japanese even if they don't know kanji.
In my opinion it's easier then speaking, because Japanese have pitch accent which is hard to learn and pronounce properly.

Наденька N, nah, I was just kidding. It's just that your message was a bit hard to understand. Here, let me fix this:
 
First of all, one does not use the word "tender", implying feelings. I'd rather use "gentle", "sweet" or something like that. But then again, maybe it's just me. Also, you don't need "the" at the beginning of your sentence.
Then, you want to use "you" instead of "your". Or else, you may say "I want to listen to your serenade". Not "your to play".
Then, secret, not seacret (whatever that is anyway). Then I'd say very difficult to me, not "for me".

The rest is pretty much alright. 

ok. I was wrong with "your". But "I want you to do smth" is right. It means "я хочу, чтобы ты сделал(а) что-то".
