ну типа вот совет:
I noticed that the XP64 drivers were based upon the Vista64 ones that I had installed that were causing problems. I uninstalled the Vista driver, and in the Device Manager did a search for new hardware, which found the Revo7.1 as a 'multimedia controller'. I updated its drivers from the right click flyout, and directed it to look in the directory where I had unzipped the XP64 driver. It installed the driver and all my audio problems that I had with iTunes, Winamp, and DirectX Games went away. The Revo 7.1 works great in Win7 64 now.

Avrely, если верить совету иностранца, http://www.m-audio.com/index.php?do=support.drivers&f=1164 надо эти дрова качать и распаковывать. Под 7-ку дров нет, звуховуху сняли с поддержки уже.
