Если монофонический конвертер устроит - то на сайте bitscrew.com есть плагин, который делает такое преобразование.
я при записи использую его реже, в основном играю им вживую на концертах, т.к. мы вообще отказались от обычного гитарного звука.
До этого играл через Sonuus G2M - маленькая отдельная коробочка за 100евро, работает хорошо, но задержка больше приемлемой + запарно уже записанные аудио-кусочки переводить в миди и не нужен отдельный миди-порт. Так что как только появился чудо-плагин, я коробочку сразу продал и купил его. Функциональности гораздо больше. Доволен.
