Benjamin van Geest: "Here's my first Suhr SL67 capture. It sounds awesome on lower output pickups. I've used my Strat when I captured the amp on the 'Low' setting (a capture on the 'High' setting will follow shortly). The 'Low' setting basically is the built-in variac which compresses the sound slightly and makes you play a little easier.
I've used 1000 epochs and the resulting ESR is: 0.01
Tip: don’t use this amp with V30’s as in general Plexi type amps don’t play well with those. Just load in your favourite Greenbacks or any other of your preferred IR’s and it should work very well. Please, let me know what you think and I’ll make more captures of this fantastic hand-wired, point-to-point amp before I sell it"
