Notes
Napalm Death's Barney Greenway performed the vocals on "Damage Inc." Marillion's Steve Hogarth sang on "Happiness is a Warm Gun" and "Easter"; he also played keyboards on the latter, which also featured Marillion's Steve Rothery on guitar. Yes's Steve Howe played guitar on the Yes medley.
A number of songs from this performance have been officially released by Dream Theater:
"Funeral for a Friend/Love Lies Bleeding", "Perfect Strangers", the Led Zeppelin medley, and "The Big Medley" were featured on the A Change of Seasons EP.
"Red Hill Mining Town", "Tears", and "Damage Inc." were featured on International Fan Club Christmas CD 1996, the first bonus CD issued to members of Dream Theater's official fan clubs.
"Damage Inc.", "Easter", and the "Starship Trooper" portion of the Yes medley were featured on the band's second home video release, 5 Years in a LIVEtime.
The remaining songs, while never officially released, have nonetheless been circulated on bootlegs.
