Our lab prototype unit measured 6.43V with all windings fully loaded to rated currents. With 220V on the 240V, you should measure 5.89V loaded (6.43 x 220V/240V). This is 6.4% low. Note that most Fender schematics state "All voltages +/- 20%).The unloaded voltage should be 7.02V with 240V input and 6.44V with 220V input (7.02 x 220/240V).Please check the voltage right across the two GRN lead wires. Perhaps you have a cold solder connection somewhere if all of the other voltages are proportionately lower.Adding turns would be very difficult to this part. Правда проблема с фоном осталась. Пробовал сеточные провода экранированным проводом, пробовал отдельно корпус пота заземлить - совершенно ничего не меняется.
